Braised Kale
Ingredients
6 Cups torn kale, stems removed
2 Tbsp of minced garlic
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 tsp sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
Curled carrots as a garnish
Slivered almonds
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add salt, peper, and garlic. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add kale; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until kale is tender. Garnish with almonds and carrots.
