Since the last two weeks shares were contributed by Haw Creek Honey and Theros Olive Oil and this week we are springing into the season with our spring baby greens of bok choy, kale, and rainbow chard. Green Hill Urban Farm thought it would be appropriate to dedicate a our first salad dressing to our recipe collection.
Basic oil, vinegar, and honey salad dressing recipe
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tsps. of honey
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried oregano
Mix olive oil, honey, and vinegar together. Then add remaining ingredients. Finally, add your Green Hill Urban Farm spring green mix.
